Core Purpose

The case studies below are how I show my thinking, not just describe it. Each one starts with a deep brand breakdown, examining a company’s positioning, audience, voice, and white-space opportunities, then layers in original strategy work I developed in response. The goal is to move past surface-level admiration of a brand and into the strategic decisions that made it work, or the ones I would change to make it work harder.

Across this portfolio, I’ve built strategies for Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Target, Duolingo, TogaNola, and SIZZL, spanning tech, retail, food, and consumer goods. Each case study covers a different mix of 360° campaign development, brand storytelling, trend forecasting, social-first strategy, go-to-market planning, and consumer insight, with the throughline being a focus on creating brand worlds that feel intentional, inclusive, and culturally fluent.

Microsoft-OpenAI

Developed a strategic analysis of the Microsoft–OpenAI partnership, translating complex governance and business risks into clear, structured recommendations. Collaborated on a client-ready presentation communicating key insights to stakeholders across financial structure, operating model, and long-term partnership strategy.

Anthropic

Developed a competitive analysis of Anthropic’s energy infrastructure strategy, translating complex data on nuclear power markets, competitor positioning, and regulatory trends into a clear, stakeholder-ready narrative. Produced a 35-slide client-facing presentation communicating financial, competitive, and brand risks and a dual-track strategic recommendation to a general business audience.

Target

Conducted a zero-cost consumer survey of Saratoga County residents that uncovered a critical gap: shoppers were leaving Target for competitors due to limited grocery options. This grassroots insight drove our B.O.S.S. (Best One Stop Shop) strategy, projecting a $957.3M profit increase by 2027 by expanding Target’s grocery section and turning every store visit into a true one-stop experience.
